摘要
对乙二醇装置中环氧乙烷精制塔进料水含量的优化进行了理论分析,在保证环氧乙烷能被完全吸收的前提下,优化了该装置环氧乙烷再吸收塔和乙二醇水合反应器的配水工艺,并利用Aspen Plus软件对该工艺进行了模拟计算,确认了通过降低环氧乙烷精制塔进料中的水含量,在相同的进料负荷下,提高环氧乙烷产品产量约14.8%,同时降低环氧乙烷精制塔蒸汽消耗约4.8%,有效降低了装置的能耗,增加了产品效益。
The theoretical analysis of optimization for water content in feedstock to ethylene oxide distillation section of ethylene glycol plant is made. Under the premise of ethylene oxide absorbed completely, the water distribution process for ethylene oxide re-absorber and glycol hydrate reactor is optimized, and simulation calculated for the technology with software of Aspen Plus. It has been affirmed that because of the water content reduced in feedstock to the purified column for ethylene oxide, production of the ethylene oxide can be increased by 14.8%, and the steam consumption decreased by 4.8% under the condition of same load.
