摘要
应用干燥动力学理论对顺丁橡胶凝聚过程进行了分析,建立了顺丁橡胶等速凝聚阶段和减速凝聚阶段的动力学模型;采用数值微分法对凝聚釜温度80~100℃、操作压力101~181 kPa下的工艺参数进行了模拟计算。以蒸汽总耗量最小、凝聚时间最短及两者综合指标最小化为目标,分别确定了1#凝聚釜温度与操作压力的关联式,为优化工艺参数提供了理论依据。
The condensing process of cis-1,4-polybutadiene was analyzed by drying-dynamic theory, the dynamical models of constant and retarding stages were built in. The technological parameters, under temperature of 80-100 ℃ in condensing reactor, the pressure of 101-181 kPa, were simulatedion with numerical differentiation. In order to realize destination of minimum in steam consumption, the shortest in condensing time, the optimization in the both composite index, correlate equation was established with temperature and pressure to the reactor. The correlate one was a base of theory for optimization of process parameters.
