乙烯齐聚催化剂中配体的改进研究

摘要 二膦型铬基催化剂能有效催化乙烯选择性三聚或四聚分别生产1-己烯或1-辛烯。介绍了制备该类二膦型配体的新方法,与文献方法相比,缩短了反应步骤,使工艺过程简化,催化剂配体的收率由45%增加到70%。选取不同取代基的二瞵配体进行乙烯齐聚合,可使产品中1-辛烯的选择性达70%,使1-己烯选择性超过90%。 Diphosphinoamine chromium-based catalyst can catalyze ethylene by the selectivity of trimerization or tetramerization to the production of 1-hexene or 1-octene.A novel three-step synthesis for the ligands is established instead of the traditional one,not only the process is simplified,but also the yield is improved from 45%to 70%.Ethylene oligomerization using different substituted ligands can give the selectivity of 70% in 1-octene,or over 90%in 1-hexene.
