摘要
本文从低碳发展的动因出发,在科学判断国际国内低碳发展形势的基础上,认真分析了宜昌市低碳发展的利弊、基础,论述了宜昌推进低碳发展的必要性,从战略选择、工作推进、建设内容等方面提出了宜昌建设低碳城市的建议,并阐述了低碳发展的若干具体路径。
Based on scientifically judging the situation of international and domestic low-carbon development, this paper through analyzing the motivation of low-carbon development and the pros and cons and infrastructure of low-carbon development in Yichang, to discuss the need to Yichang to promote low carbon development; to propose some suggestion for the construction of low-carbon city of Yichang, from the strategic choice, work forward, building contents and other aspects; and to elaborate a number of specific low-carbon development path.
