摘要
将纳米SiO2添加在桑蚕丝绸涂料印花糊中,通过测试印花糊的PVI值和流变性,确定纳米SiO2最佳添加量为0.3%。并将此种印花糊应用于桑蚕丝绸印花,比较其耐摩擦、耐洗色牢度等参数,结果表明添加纳米SiO2可有效提高涂料印花质量。
Nano-SiO2 was added into silkworm silk pigment printing paste. By means of testing PVI value and theological behavior of printing paste, the adding amount of 0.3 % nano-SiO2 is very good. The printing paste was applied in silkworm silk printing, with comparing their rubbing, washing fastness and other parameters. Test report showed that adding nano-SiO2 could improve the quality of pigment printing.
