摘要
对采用离散点数据表述的三维数字化铣刀成形面展成进行研究:根据共轭曲面原理,以三维数字化铣刀成形面的展成加工为例,利用C++Builder开发数字化铣刀展成计算软件,获得了实际展成加工中的加工参数,以及展成加工的铣刀成形面和砂轮产形面。该研究完善了传统的解析展成加工理论,并可应用于实际的数字化铣刀的制造与加工工艺。
The research on generating method of formed surface of milling cutter described by the discrete points is put forward. Based on the theory of conjugate surfaces, the generating of three dimensional digital formed surface of milling cutter is taken as an example. The machining parameters and the practical formed surface of milling cutter are obtained by means of the software which exploited by C ++ Builder. The traditional theory of analytic generating is perfected and applied to manufacturing and processing technology of digital milling cutter.
