摘要
为提高高速雕刻机刀头位移的控制精度和效率,文章利用DSP的同步配置功能改进了传统的M/T测速方法,设计了模糊PID控制器的结构,定义了隶属度函数和模糊推理规则。利用TMS320F2812和模糊自适应PID控制算法实现了对高速雕刻机的转速控制。仿真和实际应用表明该方法对电机转速控制具有更高的实时性和控制精度。
In order to increase the control precision of tool on the high-speed engraving machine, the conventional M/T method was improved with the function of synchronous setting. The construct of the fuzzy PID controller was designed and the membership function and the fuzzy inference rule was defined. The control of the high-speed engraving machine was realized based on the TM S320F2812 and fuzzy adaptive PID methods. The simulation and the application results show that the control precision and the real-time capacity are better than the conventional method.
