摘要
图书馆建设是校园文化建设的重心,但地方本科院校图书馆建设在实际运作中存在两大主要矛盾:一是图书馆资金短缺与图书馆藏书、设备的维护更新需要大量资金之间的矛盾,二是现有图书馆资源闲置与不能满足广大读者需求之间的矛盾。校园文化视角下图书馆建设应做到:合理规划,加强图书馆的硬件设施建设;转变观念,完善图书馆的管理制度;以人为本,营造优雅的图书馆环境。
Library construction is the most important part in the development of college campus culture,but,there are two contradictions in reality running process of local higher learning institution.The first one is that the facilities need some renewing and repairing,however there is short of money.The second is that there are amounts of useful resources disused,however the students have very strict requirements to their library.View from the Campus culture Library constitution should be：rational planning,to strengthen the construction of library hardware;to change their concepts,improve library management system;people-oriented,and to create an elegant library environment.
