摘要
以灌输为主体的传统教学体系束缚了学生的主动性和创新性,在就业压力越来越大的环境下,地方性工科院校应该加大基础设施的投入力度、开放实验室、成立学生科研兴趣小组、让学生参与实习实训基地科技攻关活动、注重学生创新性与团队精神的培养、打造双师型教学团队、实现双语教学,从而建立健全适应社会发展、具备一定竞争力的教学体系。
The traditional teaching system based on instillation bounds the students＇ initiative and innovation.Under the increasing employment pressure,the more competitive teaching system should be established to adapt to the social development in regional universities of technology for this objective,universities should increase infra-structure investment,open laboratories,establish student research interest groups,encourage students to participate in scientific and technological research activities of practice bases,focus on fostering students＇ innovation and teamwork,build double type teaching teams and implement bilingual education.
