摘要
针对微型客车前部在正面碰撞事故中吸能区域较短,基于VPG有限元前处理软件、LSDYNA后处理软件为平台,分别建立了不带螺纹剪切吸能装置和带有螺纹剪切式吸能装置的微型客车模型,并对其进行仿真研究.仿真结果表明,无吸能装置的客车前部变形很大,威胁到车内乘员的生命安全;而有吸能装置的客车前部变形较小,B柱加速度变化曲线比无吸能装置时较平缓,从而很好地保护了车内乘员的生命安全.螺纹剪切式吸能装置使汽车前部的正碰吸能性得到很大改善.
For the short energy absorption region of the minibus in the frontal crash,Based on the finite element pre-processing software VPG and post-processing software LSDYNA for the platform without thread cutting energy absorption devices or with thread shear energy absorption device,minibus models were built.The results show that the minibus without energy absorption device has large front deformation,so the vehicle occupant safety is treated.While the minibus with energy absorption device has smaller deformation than the minibus without energy absorption device,the acceleration curve of B pillar is more stable than non-absorbing device,so the car occupants are well protected.Therefore,the minibus collision energy absorption is greatly improved by the thread shear energy absorption device.
