摘要
震后道路应急检查的主要目标是对地震灾区道路、桥梁和涵洞进行检测,根据现场调查情况和结构的基础资料,评估结构的震害程度,提出临时维修处置建议,为后续修复、加固或重建提供技术依据.对桥梁结构进行震后应急检查,掌握结构的现状和震害情况,对灾后"保通"和防止次生灾害发生具有重要意义.以4.14玉树地震造成严重破坏的西航桥、退水渠一号桥、退水渠二号桥和禅古村支线桥为例,介绍了玉树地区桥梁的损伤状况和应急处治措施,对灾害及突发事故下桥梁损伤评估与修复具有参考价值.
The main objective of post-earthquake road emergency inspection is to detect the road,bridges and culverts.The extent of structural damage is assessed according to site investigation and the basis structural informations,the proposal is made for the interim maintenance,the technical basis is provided for follow-up repair,strengthening or reconstruction.Through emergency inspections,the mastering of status and damages of bridge structures is of great significance to keep access and prevent secondary disasters after the earthquake.4.14 Yushu Earthquake in Qinghai province caused different degrees of damage to bridges.Damages and emergency treatments of several serious damage bridges in Yushu county are introduced,such as Xihang Bridge,Tuishuiqu 1st Bridge,Tuishuiqu 2nd Bridge,line bridge in Changu village.It is a reference to damage assessment and repairing of bridges after disaster or emergency.
