摘要
研究了ZnCl2/TMAC离子液体体系在铜电极上的阴极沉积过程,测量了体系的电导率,考察了电解质浓度、温度等工艺条件对镀层的影响。结果表明,阴极过程为准可逆过程;体系电导率随温度升高而升高;358 K,电压2.04 V,电沉积时间30 min,可得到致密镀层,颗粒大小接近3μm,电流效率达90%。
The electrodeposition of zinc was investigated in Tetramethylammonium chloride (TMAC) contained with ZnCl2. The electrical conductivity of the electrolyte system and the factors such as the concentration of electrolyte and temperature were studied. The reduction process of zinc was quasi-reversible. With the temperature increasing, the conductivity increased. When the cell voltage was 2.04 V at the temperature of 358 K, the coating was compact and the current efficiency was 90% depositing for 30 min. The size of crystal was nearly 3 μm.
