摘要
宏观循环经济是实现经济子系统同整个生态系统的物质、能量循环的经济,其核心是宏观经济的规模同生态系统的承载能力相适应。通过现行循环经济理论、实践及其局限的分析,提出建立宏观循环经济模型的要点,并据此,结合我国国情和经济发展的现状,明确实现恢复型社会和节约型社会的目标,将有助于宏观循环经济的实现,增强社会发展的可持续性。
Cycle Macro-economy is a kind of economy that can attain the material and energy circulation of economic subsystems with the overall ecosystem.Its core is to get the scale of macro-economy geared to the bearing capacity of the ecosystem.The paper proposes some essentials of establishing a Cycle Macro-economy model,and also attempts to help achieve the goal of building a recovery-oriented and conservation-oriented society.Thus,it can facilitate the realization of a Cycle Macro-economy and enhance the sustainability of social development.
