摘要
我国已进入老龄社会,养老问题是关系社会稳定的重要方面。养老服务尚需进一步专业化、科学化,这为社会工作专业人才提供了就业空间。正确引导社会工作专业大学生毕业生到养老服务领域就业十分必要。
China has been an aging society, and the endowment problem relates to the stability of society. A further special- ized and scientific endowment service in China is needed, therefore, wide employment space is provided for the talents of social work specialty. It is necessary to correctly guide the graduates of social work specialty to employ in endowment institu- tions.
