摘要
马齿苋为马齿苋科植物马齿苋的全草,具有清热解毒、散血消肿之功效。马齿苋多糖具有丰富的药理活性,且无毒副作用,已广泛应用于临床及保健品市场。介绍了马齿苋多糖提取方法、多糖结构分析及其药理活性研究方面的新进展,分析了马齿苋研究方面存在的问题,并对马齿苋多糖研究进行了展望。
Portulaca oleracea L. is the whole grass of Portulaca oleracea L. It has important pharmacological activities. Polysaccharide has many pharmacological activities with no poisonous effect, it has been applied to clinical side and the market of health products widely. The latest progress in research on the extraction, constituents analyses, pharmacological activities of Polysaccharides of Portulaca oleracea L. were summarized. Meanwhile, the research direction in the future was also indicated.
