摘要
采用聚类分析和主成分分析,将采集于南沙群岛的一个变异标本同来自于3个属的4尾标本进行比较,确定该变异标本的分类地位。在聚类分析中,标本SCSFRIF19900167、SCSFRIF00000629和标本SCSFRIF900228聚在一起。在主成分分析中,吻、眼睛、胸鳍、腹鳍、臀鳍、尾鳍、第二背鳍、体高、体宽和鳃裂等性状的负荷值大于70%。变异标本SCSFRIF900228与标本SCSFRIF19900167和SCSFRIF00000629的差异特征有:标本SCSFRIF900228的鳃长较短,鳃孔更高,左侧第五鳃孔缺失,右侧第五鳃孔仅3mm。以上特征显示,变异标本SCSFRIF900228有可能来自宽尾曲齿鲛(Soliodon laticaudus)。
A variation specimen was collected from Nansha isle, South China Sea. Four specimens from three genera were compared with this variation specimen,with cluster analysis and primary component analysis to get clear class status of this specimen.In the cluster analysis,specimens SCSFRIF19900167, SCSFRIF00000629 and SCSFRIF900228 were in one branch.In the primary component analysis, snout, eyes, pectoral fin, caudal fin, second dorsal fin, pelvic fin, anal fin, height, width and gill character's loading were higher than 70%.Intergill length of SCSFRIF900228 was shorter than SCSFRIF19900167 and SCSFRIFOOO00629; the height of first gill slit to fourth gill slit of SCSFRIF900228 was higher;LGS5 of SCSFRIF900228 was absent,RGS5 was only 3 mm.These observations indicated that the variation specimen was originated from Soliodon laticoudus.
