摘要
目的:介绍医院血库管理信息系统的升级改造与实施应用情况。方法:根据血库管理信息系统的应用现状,提出了改造方案和总体要求,分别对原有的血库系统、医生工作站和护士工作站进行改进。结果:加强了医院输血业务管理和服务中各个环节的规范化管理,实现了更高层次的血库管理信息化,提高了医院安全供血和合理用血的能力,避免与输血相关的医疗事故的出现。结论:改造后的血库系统能够适应当前医疗信息化管理的需要。
Objective To introduce improvement and application of hospital blood bank information system.Methods The improvement project and overall requirements were brought out for the blood bank system,doctor workstation and nurse workstation.Results The system realized the standardized management of the blood bank,and thus the medical accidents were avoided.Conclusion The improved blood bank information system can meet the needs of the current medical information-based management.
