摘要
目的:解决科室信息网络运转中出现的问题,提高信息网络管理部门的工作管理水平。方法:采用C#语言进行开发,以IE作为系统操作平台,从问题产生及解决的流程入手,设计医院信息网络服务系统,形成一个问题集。结果:创建信息网络服务系统后,提高了医院网络中心故障科室系统维护和维修的透明度和工作效益。结论:通过信息网络服务系统,各类人员均可查看到信息网络故障修复进展情况,有利于故障科室与网络中心的沟通,加快解决科室问题的速度。
Objective To improve the management of information network administrative department.Methods With C# and IE applied,the hospital information network service system was designed on the basis of flow analysis of the problem formulation and solving,and a problem set came into being.Results The information network service system enhanced the efficiency for system maintenance of the hospital network center.Conclusion With the information network service system,all kinds of persons can be aware of the progress of information network fault correction.
