摘要
目的探讨彩色多普勒能量图在卵巢肿瘤诊断中的应用。方法３６例卵巢肿瘤４８个病灶分别经彩色多普勒能量图（ＣＤＰＩ）与彩色多普勒血流图（ＣＤＦＩ）检查。结果卵巢良性肿瘤以周边型血流为主，恶性肿瘤则以内部血流为主。结论ＣＤＰＩ能完整地显示肿瘤内部的血管树（网）。
Objective To evaluate application of color Doppler power imaging in diagnosis on ovarian tumors. Methods Thirty six patients with 48 ovarian tumors were studied by color Doppler power imaging (CDPI), and at the same time it was compared with color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI). Results Diagnosic characteristics show that CDPI is more sensitive than CDFI is diagnosing ovarian tumors. Pattern of blood flow in benign tumors is directed to the circumference of the self, and in maglinant tumors within the tumors.Conclusions CDPI can fully show the blood tree of the tumors, and so it could be selected to distignuish the maglinant tumors from the benign ones.
