笔者在工作中经常遇到需要从Word表格中提取数据到Excel,整理加工、添加数据后,再利用Word中的邮件合并功能,重新生成新的统一表格。本文的操作方法和编写的宏有效地解决Excel电子表格中的数据与Word表格中数据交换的问题,以及在Word表格中批量插入照片的问题,为各级各类单位的数据管理带来了很大的方便.
