摘要
通过对542例HIV/AIDS患者脉象(包括主要参数、脉位、脉力、脉势、脉率等)的研究及不同CD4+T淋巴细胞计数与脉象变化关系探讨,以期阐明HIV/AIDS患者的常见脉象特征和脉象与CD4+T淋巴细胞计数所代表的病情进展的关系,为艾滋病的中医辨证治疗、疗效判定提供客观依据。
In accordance with the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine （ TCM）,to explore the nature of AIDS disease by TCM,the common types of pulse with AIDS patients,and the relationship between pulse figure and development of AIDS,through observation on pulse figure of 542 cases with AIDS patients and the relationship between pulse figure and CD4 ＋ T lymph cell values,which would be helpful for the diagnosis,prognosis and clinical treatment.
