摘要
目的观察10%盐水冰袋外敷对减轻扁桃体摘除术后患者疼痛的效果。方法选择60例扁桃体摘除术后患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各30例。实验组术后采用10%盐水冰袋外敷下颌下区和颈部,对照组只接受常规的护理方法。分别比较两组患者疼痛最痛出现时间和持续时间及术后在最痛时间内张口疼痛、吞咽疼痛和耳痛的情况。结果实验组患者出现最痛时间较对照组迟;实验组患者张口痛、咽下痛和耳痛较对照组轻,两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论外敷10%盐水冰袋能延迟扁桃体术后疼痛高峰出现时间,减轻术后的张口疼痛和吞咽疼痛。该法安全无副作用,是扁桃体摘除术后止痛的一种有效方法。
Objective To investigate the effect of 10% saline ice for external application on the pains of post-tonsillectomy patients. Methods 60 patients having received tonsillectomy were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group equally. Patients in the experimental group were treated by external application of 10% saline ice bag on the submandibular and cervical regions after the operation and those in the control group by conventional nursing. The indexes of the time for peak value and the duration of pain after the operation, the severity of pain in opening mouth and swallowing and otodynia of the patients in each group were compared. Results The times for the peak value of pain in the experimental group were later than that in the control group. The severity of pain in opening mouth and swallowing and otodynia in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group. The differences between the groups were statistically significant （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusions The external application of 10% saline ice bag may delay the time for peak value of pains of the patients and reduce the pain in opening mouth and swallowing after the tonsillectomy. It is an effective analgesic method without side effect for patient having undergone tonsillectomy.
