摘要
目的总结心脏破裂伤的急救体会。方法17例心脏破裂伤患者平均年龄27．5岁，全部是刀刺伤所致，均急诊行剖胸探查术修补心脏裂口同时处理合并伤。结果术中死亡1例。术后部分患者出现心肌梗死表现，经观察处理后证实是心脏裂伤修补术后的临床表现，可不需特殊处理。术后患者恢复比较理想。结论急诊剖胸探查解除心包填塞、修补心脏裂口、控制出血及术后继续纠正休克、恢复凝血功能等一系列的处理是提高心脏裂伤抢救成功率的关键。
Objective To smnmarize the experience of emergency cardiac rupture. Methods 17 cases of cardiac rupture and the average age of 27.5 years old injuries, all caused by a knife stab, all emergency line of exploratory thoracotomy the heart of cleft repair surgery at the same time dealing with concomitant injuries. Results There was 1 died. Some patients had postoperative myocardial infarction performance was confirmed by the observation of treatment for cardiac rupture after repair of the clinical manifestations, may not need special treatment. Postoperative recovery is ideal. Conclusion Emergency exploratory thoracotomy to lift pericardial tamponade, cardiac repair cracks, control bleeding and to continue to correct postoperative shock and restore blood clotting function and a series of treatment is the key to improve the success rate of resuscitation cardiac laceration.
