摘要
目的探讨尺侧腕伸肌一拇短伸肌位移重建拇指对掌功能的治疗方法及疗效。方法回顾性分析2008年1月至2010年1月我院采用尺侧腕伸肌一拇短伸肌腱移位重建拇对掌功能治疗腕部正中神经损伤患者15例的临床资料。结果术后随访3～12个月,单纯正中神经不可逆损伤患者的优良率达100%;合并尺神经损伤患者的优良率为66.67%。结论尺侧腕伸肌一拇短伸肌位移重建拇指对掌功能治疗腕部正中神经损伤或合并尺神经损伤具有操作方便、疗效理想的优点,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the extensor carpi ulnaris extensor pollicis displacement of a rebuilding of thumb opposing function and effect of treatment. Methods A retrospective review from January 2008 to January 2010 using hospital a thumb extensor carpi ulnaris short extensor tendon transfer to reconstruct the treatment of thumb opposition wrist median nerve injury in the clinical data of 15 patients. Results Were followed up for 3 to 12 months,the simple median nerve in patients with irreversible damage to the fine 100%;combined ulnar nerve injury 66. 67% of patients with good. Conclusion Extensor carpi ulnaris extensor pollicis displacement of a rebuilding treatment of thumb opposing function of wrist median nerve injury ulnar nerve injury or in combination with easy operation,good efficacy benefits worthy of promotion.
