摘要
对柳州市4家三级甲等综合性医院近9年内发表的论文进行文献计量分析,包括年代分布、第一作者分布、核心期刊分布、基金资助、被引频次等方面,探讨机构和个人科研实力、学术水平及重点学科的发展情况,并分析其差距,为医疗科研管理和发展提供依据。
The paper conducts a bibliometrics analysis for the published papers from four general three levels of first - class hospitals in recent 9 years from the following aspects： the publishing year, first author, core journal, fund subsidization and cited frequency, explores research capability of both individuals and institutions, academic standards and the development of key disciplines, analyzes the gap among hospitals, and provides reference for managing and developing of hospitals.
