摘要
目的探讨锁骨下静脉穿刺术的技术操作及其在急诊抢救中的临床应用价值。方法应用锁骨下静脉穿刺术,通过顺利的床边穿刺置管而补液、监测导管、置入起搏电极等而进行重要的急诊抢救诊疗技术。结果完成380例锁骨下静脉穿刺术并成功应用于留置导管补液、监测(CVP)及紧急床边心内膜起搏。结论此方法临床应用比较成熟,虽有一定的技术要求,但只要操作得当、快捷、安全临床应用广泛,效果良好,并发症少。
Objective To discussion subclavian vein puncture method technical operation and in emergency medical treatment rescue clinical practice value.Methods But using the subclavian vein puncture method,the puncture sets at the tube through the smooth bed nearby the fluid infusion,monitors the drive pipe,sets into wrestles the electrode and so on to carry on the important emergency medical treatment rescue diagnosing and treating technology.Results Completes 380 example subclavian vein puncture method and succeeds applies in the leaving alone drive pipe fluid infusion,monitors（CVP） and nearby the urgent bed the endocardium gets up wrestles.Conclusion This method clinical practice quite is mature,although has certain specification,but so long as operates appropriately,quick,the safe clinical practice is widespread,the effect is good,the complication are few.
