摘要
目的观察米非司酮治疗异位妊娠的临床疗效及副反应。方法选择２５例根据临床症状、妇科检查、Ｂ超及血清ｈＣＧ诊断为异位妊娠且符合保守条件，无使用米非司酮禁忌症的患者，每日空腹顿服米非司酮２００ｍｇ，连用３日为一疗程，无效者１周后可重复用药，观察临床疗效及副反应。结果：２２例有效，临床病情稳定，３日内血清ｈＣＧ明显下降，动态观察逐渐下降，附件区包块逐渐缩小，其中１８例病人用药一个疗程，４例用药二个疗程。３例无效病人于停药后因出现剧烈腹痛，腹腔内出血而行剖腹探查术。１１例病人出现副反应，其中１０例为轻微的胃肠道反应，１例病人寒战，均未做特殊处理，短时间内症状自然缓解。结论米非司酮用于治疗异位妊娠疗效显著且安全。
Objective: To observe the curative
effect and side effects of mifepristone in treating ectopic pregnancy. Methods: 25 patients with
ectopic pregnancy who were diagnosed by clinical sysmptoms, pelvic examination and
B-ultrasound were selected as study group. All cases in study group had indication for
non-operating condition, without contra-indication of using mifepristone and were treated by
mifepristone 200mg/day PO. for three days as one therapeutic period. If necessary, repeated
one period after a week. Results: Among 25 patients, it was effective on 22. Their clinical
symptoms were stable. HCG decreased obviously in 3 days and decreased continually. The
volume of fallopian tube reduced continually. 18 cases were treated for one therapeutic period
and 4 cases two. Other 3 cases had severe abdominal pain and reactions, one had drill while
all needed no treatment. Conclusion: mifepristone is an efficient and safe drug in treating
ectopic pregnancy.
