摘要
目的建立大鼠脑出血动物模型,研究DynA1-13与脑出血后脑水肿的关系。方法在立体定向仪上,大鼠左侧尾壳核注射胶原酶建立脑出血动物模型,用干湿法测定大鼠各段脑组织含水量,并用放射免疫测定法测定脑出血大鼠部分脑区与垂体DynA1-13的含量。结果脑出血组大鼠出现严重脑水肿的同时,各脑区(额叶皮质、顶叶皮质、海马、尾壳核)中DynA1-13含量在注射胶原酶后4至72h,比对照组显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),其中24h与48h组降低最为明显,垂体与下丘脑DynA1-13含量比对照组明显升高(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论脑出血后脑水肿可能与脑出血后内源性DynA1-13含量降低有关。
Objective: To establish a model of rat with brain hemorrhage in rats and to find the relationship between DynA 1-13 and brain edema after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods: The model of rat with verebral hemorrhage was established by injecting collagenase into left caudate nucleus of rat on stereotaxic instrument; the content of water in brain tissue and DynA 1-13 in some brain regions and pituitary of rat with cerebral hemorrhage were determined by dry and wet method and by radioimmunoassay respectively. Results: The contents of DynA 1-13 were decreased significantly in frontal cortex, parietal cortex, hippocampus and caudoputamen in hemorrhagic rats (P<0.05,P<0.01) as compared to the controls, accompanied by brain water contents increased. But the content of DynA 1-13 were increased in pituitary and hypothalamus (P<0.01). Conclution: Hemorrhagic brain edema may relate to the decrease of DynA 1-13 in some brain regions after cerebral hemorrhage.
