摘要
目的:探讨中风病人防跌倒的护理对策。方法:总结分析该院神经科自2003年1月至2008年12月的15例中风住院病人跌倒案例。结果:中风病人跌倒原因主要相关因素有年龄、跌倒地点、陪护情况、服药、安全教育接受程度等。结论:增强护理人员的安全意识,加强对病人和家属的安全教育,改善病区环境等措施可有效减少中风病人跌倒。
Objective： To explore nursing interventions for preventing stroke patients＇ fall. Methods： The data of 15 stroke patients who experienced fall events from January, 2003 to December, 2008 were analyzed. Results： We found the primary related factors of patients＇ fall were age, sites, accompany people, medication use and safe education. Conclusion： We should implement severalinterventions to prevent stroke patients＇ fall, including increasing nurses＇ safe awareness, intensifying safe education to patients and their family members, and improving treatment environments.
