非对称二甲基精氨酸在动脉粥样硬化发生发展中的作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 非对称二甲基精氨酸(asymmetric dimethylarginine,ADMA)是一种内源性一氧化氮合酶(NOS)竞争性抑制剂,通过抑制NOS减少一氧化氮(NO)合成,导致血管内皮功能紊乱。ADMA是一种血管内皮功能失调的危险因子,也可能是一种前致动脉粥样硬化分子,同时还可能成为心血管疾病新的标志物。ADMA对动脉粥样硬化的作用机制备受众多学者的关注,同时对ADMA的研究也成为现在的研究热点。本文根据最新的研究对ADMA在动脉粥样硬化的发生发展中的作用进行综述。
