摘要
对进口手牌、皇冠牌和国产芒果、柬龙牌血竭外用时的镇痛和抗炎作用进行了比较，并且测定了致炎部位的前列腺素。结果发现所比较的四种血竭均有明显的镇痛和抗炎作用，以国产芒果血竭的镇痛和抗炎效果最佳；四种血竭对二甲苯致炎部位和腹腔注射醋酸后腹腔液ＰＧＥ２的释放均有明显的抑制作用。说明血竭对化学致炎剂引起的炎症反应有抑制作用。
The analgetic and anti inflammatory effects of four brands of “XUEJIE” externally applied were compared, and the PGE 2 in the inflamed site was determined. The four brands included: Hand and Imperial Crown brands (SANGUIS DRACOIS imported) and Mangguo and Jianlong brands (RESINA DRACONIS made in China). The results showed that all four compared brands of “XUEJIE” possessed significant analgetic and anti inflammatory effects and the effect of Mangguo brand was the greatest. The four brands of “XUEJIE” function to significantly inhibit the release of PEG 2 in xylone or acetyl acid inflamed site, suggesting that “XUEJIE” has an inhibitory effect on the inflammatory reaction caused by chemical inflammation producing agents and so it possesses an analgetic effect.
