摘要
以云计算技术为重要支撑的云服务为信息用户带来信息获取的极大便利的同时,也带来隐私暴露的增加机会。文章阐述了云计算和云服务的概念及其种类,探讨了云服务的出现对信息服务理念及方式的改变以及用户接受云服务过程中的个性化定制和全方位的互动涉及的隐私权问题,提出云服务中隐私权保护主要是保护信息用户生活安宁权及信息利用权,并论述了具体保护措施。
The cloud service supported by cloud computing make it very convenient for the user＇s access to the information,but it also tends to violate the user privacy. The paper describes the concepts and types of cloud computing as well as cloud service,discusses the right of privacy involved in the customization and interaction during the process of cloud service,and points out that the protection of privacy mainly concerns the right of domestic tranquility and right of information access,and at last,puts forward some measures for protecting the user＇s privacy.
