摘要
本文以市场机制为视角,首先阐述知识传递的过程,其次分析第三方知识市场的合理性和有效性,最后,基于过程监控构建第三方知识市场模式。通过知识市场的督导与协调,促进知识的正向传递,提升企业知识利用效率与创新水平。
Based on the perspective of the market mechanism,this paper sets forth hereditary process of knowledge transfer first,and then analyzes rationality and validity of third-party knowledge marketplace,and builds a third-party knowledge Market Pattern based on process monitoring finally.The supervision and coordination of the knowledge market promote knowledge of the positive transmission and enhance use efficiency and innovative level of knowledge in enterprises.
