摘要 目的:探讨垂体柄阻断综合征的MRI表现特点及诊断依据。方法:回顾性分析3例垂体柄阻断综合征的临床资料及MRI图像。结果:3例垂体柄阻断综合征患者的MRI检查均表现为垂体柄缺如、垂体后叶异位、垂体前叶萎缩或发育不良。结论:垂体柄阻断综合征的MRI表现特点具有较高的特征性,MRI对该病的临床诊断具有重要的价值。
