水产饲料中的霉菌毒素:事实与启示 被引量:2

摘要 霉菌毒素是霉菌产生的次级代谢产物。霉菌在农作物收获前、收获后,及运输和仓储的过程中都可生长并产生霉菌毒素。霉菌毒素绝大多数能够造成鱼及其他养殖动物生长减慢、健康状况受损等。霉菌毒素常由黄曲霉菌、青霉菌和镰刀霉菌产生的。以下霉菌毒素具有致癌性:黄曲霉毒素B1、赭曲霉毒素A、伏马毒素(烟曲霉毒素)B1:类雌激素性:玉米赤霉烯酮;神经毒性:伏马毒素B1;肾毒性:赭曲霉毒素A;皮肤毒性:单端孢霉烯族毒素或免疫抑制性:黄曲霉毒素B1、赭曲霉毒素A和T-2毒素。
