摘要
介绍了一种木材干燥自动监控系统,该系统以89C51单片机为核心,将检测到的木材干燥过程中的各种参数与设定值进行比较处理,然后控制有关阀门的开关,达到自动控制整个干燥过程的目的。通过RS-232实现与上位机的通讯,可实现木材干燥的远程控制。
The ever-increasing demand for wood reality,a new and higher requirements to wood drying.In this paper,a timber dry automatic monitoring system were introduced.The system is at the core,single-chip microcomputer 89C51.In the wood drying process will be detected various parameters and these parameters compared with the settings and then control the switching valve to automatic control of the whole purpose of the drying process.If through the RS-232 to achieve communications with the host computer,enabling remote control of dry wood.
