门头沟区煤矿废弃地自然恢复植物群落种间关系 被引量:4

Interspecific Relationship of Plant Communities in Degraded Mined Land in Mentougou District,Beijing During Natural Rehabilitation

摘要 在样方调查的基础上,将定性和定量分析方法相结合,应用方差比率(VR)、2×2列联表的Fisher精确检验、Pearson相关系数(rp)和Spearman秩相关系数(rs)检验研究了门头沟区煤矿废弃地自然恢复群落的种间关系,分别测定了26种植物总体关联性和325个种对的种间关联(或相关)性。研究表明:1)多物种种间关联值大于1,对统计量的检验为显著,说明现阶段该地区自然恢复群落多物种间表现为共存互利。2)2×2列联表的精确检验共有20个种对为正关联,6个种对为负关联(p<0.05或p<0.01);Pearson相关系数有21个种对为正相关,没有种对出现负相关;Spearman秩相关系数有28个种对呈正相关,6个种对呈负相关。3)与Fisher精确检验和Pearson相关系数检验相比,Spearman秩相关系数检验具有较高的灵敏度。4)依Spearman秩相关系数的半矩阵图将26个物种分为3个生态种组,从不同生态种组分析结果来看,该区的自然植被经过演变,植物种的组成发生较大的变化,由以1年生草本为主的群落结构逐渐发展为复杂的群落结构。 Based on the data collected from the samples in the field, the interspecific association and correlation of 26 species in the plant communities in degraded mined land in Mentougou District of Beijing during natural rehabilitation were analysed by using a series of parameters including variance ratio, Fisher' s exact test for a 2x2 contingency table, Person' s correlation coefficient and Spearman' s rank correlation coefficient. Results showed that the correlation degree between species was greater than 1, and there was a significantly positive correlation between the species in the natural rehabilitation communities, indicating a mutual benefit relationship between species. Positive association coefficients of 20 species-pairs for the exact test were either significant (p〈0. 05) or highly significant (p〈0. 01 ) while negative association coefficients of 6 other species-pairs were significant or highly significant. In addition, positive correlation coefficients of 21 and 28 speciespairs were significant or very significant for the Pearson' s correlation coefficient and Spearman' s rank correlation coefficient respectively, while Pearson' s correlation coefficients of 6 species-pairs exhibited significant or very significant negative, and there were no negative Spearman' s rank correlation coefficients. Moreover, compared with Fisber' s exact test and Pearson's correlation eoeffieient, Spearman' s rank correlation coefficient test was more sensitive. According to the semi-matrix of Spearman' s rank correlation coefficients, 26 species were elassified into 3 ecological species groups. The result of ecological species groups reflected that the components of natural rehabilitation vegetation in this area changed greatly from an annual herb dominated structure to an arbor-shrub-herb multiple structure.
