摘要
快锅增加脱氧槽，并直接采用热态合成工艺冷凝液作炉水，使高、中压锅炉用水分开，既满足了中压炉水的质量要求，又缓解了原大脱氧槽和精制水系统的压力，提高了高压蒸汽的品质，保证了蒸汽透平运行安全，稳定了生产，经济效益显著。
An additional deaerator is provided to the auxilizry boiler and the hot process condensate is directly used as boiler feed water(BFW), it makes separation of HP BFW and MP BFW,satisfies the requirement of MP BFW,releases the duty of the original deaerator and the polishing water system, increases the quality of HP steam, ensures the safety operation of steam turbine, stabilizes the steady production, and a considerable economic efficiency is achieved.
