摘要
实践证明大学生采取传统方式进行创业,其成功率往往偏低,今后运用科学技术密集的知识产权进行创业是发展大趋势。高等学校应该根据创业大学生应该具有的创新素养和知识产权教育相结合,指导大学生如何运用知识产权进行创业活动和创业过程中的知识产权管理活动。
It is proved that the success rate is low when university students adopt traditional way to start a business.It is a trend to start a business using intellectual property which is focused on science technology.Universities should combine intellectual property education and innovation quality which the students must have,directing them how to start a business while using intellectual property and how to manage intellectual property in the process.
