摘要
研究了不同比表面积的沥青基球状活性炭(PSAC)在O2和H2O存在下脱除SO2的能力.结果表明,比表面积较大的PSAC具有较强的脱除SO2能力.在本实验条件下,三种不同比表面积的PSAC对SO2及SO2+O2的吸附量无明显区别,但对H2O的吸附量随比表面积增大而增大,与样品的脱硫活性随比表面积增大的变化规律相一致,表明较多的水有利于SO2的脱除.这可归因于水既有利于样品活性部位上的SOx转化成H2SO4,又能洗脱所生成的H2SO4,减少活性位上的H2SO4量。
The catalytic performance of pitch based spherical activated carbon with different specific surface area was investigated for the removal of SO 2 at room temperature,using a simulated flue gas.The results indicated that PSAC with the higher specific surface area exhibited the higher activity than one with the lower specific surface area.The amounts of adsorbed SO 2 or SO 2+O 2 over PSACs were almost the same regardless of the specific surface area of PSACs,however,the amounts of adsorbed H 2O increased with the increase of the specific surface area of PSACs,indicating that the larger amount of adsorbed H 2O was an important contributor to high activity of PSAC.After H 2SO 4 in active sites was washed out by H 2O,the active sites once again became available to react with SO 2,thereby enhancing SO 2 removal over PSAC.
