摘要
采用DSC技术,对增强增韧尼龙66(PA66)进行了结晶行为的研究。实验结果表明,在合金化改性PA66结晶过程中,所填充的玻纤(GF)增强剂起成核剂作用,而共混低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)、聚丙烯(PP)及其马来酸酐接枝物(gMAH)等增韧剂,使成核作用下降,总的成核作用顺序是:PA/GF>PA/GF/LDPEgMAH>PA/GF/PP>PA/GF/PPgMAH。
The crystallization behaviour of modified PA66 engineering plastic was vestigated using DSC. The experiment results show that the glass fiber(GF) as enhancement material is heterogeneus nucleation agent with the activation energy of crystallization increase in crystallization process of modified PA66. But the action of flexibilizer LDPE、PP and its graft copolymer of maleic anhydride(MAH) revealed weak. Its nucleation order seems PA66/GF>PA66/LDPE g MAH>PA66/PP>PA66/GF/PP g MAH.
