摘要
目的探讨妈富隆在多囊卵巢综合征中的治疗作用。方法选择2006年2月至2009年3月确诊为多囊卵巢综合征的女性患者90例,按照自愿的原则随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各45例。对照组应用克罗米酚治疗;治疗组应用妈富隆口服治疗,均治疗6个周期。观察两组患者血清激素水平,并B超检查卵巢及子宫的变化。结果治疗后,两组患者血清LH、PRL、T均有不同程度的下降,治疗组患者下降更明显;两组患者双侧卵巢体积明显缩小,卵泡数较前减少,子宫内膜厚度变薄。但治疗组疗效更加明显。治疗组对血清性激素的改善情况优于对照组。结论应用妈富隆口服治疗囊卵巢综合征方法简单,疗效确切,不良反应少,易于被患者接受。
Objective To explore the Effect of Marvelon in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods From February 2006 to March 2009 Selected 90 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 patients in each group.In general the two groups,the difference was not significant,comparable.The control group were treated by clomiphene citrate therapy;Treatment group were treated by Marvelon oral treatment,used for 6 cycles.Serum hormone levels were observed,and B ultrasound examination of ovarian and uterine changes. Results After treatment,serum LH,PRL,T have different degrees of decline in the two groups,treatment group was more obvious;two groups of patients with bilateral ovarian volume was significantly smaller than before and the number of follicles reduced,endometrial thickness thinning.However,more obvious effect of the treatment group.to improve the situation of serum sex hormone treatment group was great than the control group.Conclusion Using Marvelon oral treatment of ovarian follicle syndrome is simple,effective,safe,less adverse reactions,easy-to-be patients.
