摘要
目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物TSGF、CEA和CA199联检对大肠癌的诊断价值。方法对40例大肠癌患者进行TSGF、CEA和CA199单项检测和联合检测,对检测结果进行分析。结果单项检测中TSGF准确度最高;联合检测准确度要好于单项检测。结论在血液检测的水平上,TSGF、CEA和CA199联合检测比单项检测效果相对要好,能较好的提高大肠癌患者的确诊率,从而为临床治疗提供合理的参考,为及时救治患者赢得有利时机,因此值得在临床上应用和推广。
Objective To explore the clinical diagnose evaluation of tumor serum markers of TSGF,CEA and CA199 used in combined detection of colorectal cancer.Methods 40 cases of patients with colorectal cancer were detected of TSGF,CEA and CA199 separately and then together,the diction results were analyzed,then.Results The accuracy of TSGF was highest in single detection.The combined detection was better than single detection. Conclusion In level of blood detection,compared with single detection,the effect of combined detection of TSGF,CEA and CA199 is relatively better,it can enhance diagnose rate for colorectal cancer patients,provide proper evidence for clinical therapy and win time for patients,so it deserved application and promotion in clinical work.
