摘要
本文结合新装备本身和应用的实际,分析了影响装备重要性的几个重要因素,应用多属性决策中的一种改进排列法建立了数学模型。通过定性比较和定量计算,只需知道各属性间的大小关系及权重就可以进行装备重要性的评估与排序。该方法将主观判断给予量化,为装备的科学区分提供了参考依据。
Combining the fact of the new ordnance itself and the application, the paper analyzes the several significant factors impacting the importance of the ordance, applies an improved permutation method to establish a corresponding mathematical model. Through qualitative comparison and quantitative calculation, we can evaluate the importance of the ordnance only for weights and relation that who is big and who is small on attributes. This method quantitates the subjective estimation, provides reference for classifying the ordnance scientificly.
