通过透析科学城的内涵，来认识和理解广州科学城及其功能结构和功能特点，并合理制定广州科学城的开发步骤。
By analyzing the contents of science city, this paper gives explanation about Guangzhou science and its functional structure and characteristics, and gives suggsetion on how to lay down developing policy reasonably.
