摘要
活性掺合料取代部分高碱水泥,不仅可减少混凝土的有效含碱量,还能抑制碱-骨料反应。试验结果表明:掺合料本身含碱量也会影响抑制效果;掺合料取代水泥量越多,对碱-骨料的抑制作用越强,但取代量太大,会影响混凝土的物理力学性能,适宜取代量为10%左右。
The adoption of the active admixture to substitute a portion of high alkali cement will not only reduce the effectiveness of concrete's alkali content,but also control the reactions of alkali aggregate.The inspection and investigation have demonstrated that:1,the alkali content of admixture itself would also influence and control the effectiveness of concrete and 2,the more adoption of admixture to substitute cement,the more would it be stronger to control the alkali aggregate.Nevertheness,the over use of substitute admixtures would affect the concrete' s physical properties.Therefore the appropriate substitute admixture should be about 10%.
