摘要
中国文化的现代化是我国推进社会主义现代化事业的重要保证。中国文化现代化问题提出与世界现代化进程有着密不可分的历史与逻辑联系,现代化进程的启动和现代民族文化的构建互为动力,现代化的深入推进客观上为民族文化发挥作用提供了历史机遇,现代化的目标必然包括民族文化本身的现代化。弘扬和培育中国文化必须着眼于现代化,落脚于人的现代化,对于中国文化的功能定位及其运用必须理性化。
The modernization of Chinese culture is to guarantee the promotion of China＇ s socialist modernization cause. The raising of the issue of modernization of Chinese culture is closely related to the process of the world modernization historically and logically. The initiation of the modernization process and the construction of the modern ethnical culture are driving forces for each other. The deepening of modernization provides an opportunity objectively to ethnic culture for developing its role. The objective of modernization must include the modernization of ethnical culture itself. In order to develop Chinese culture, it is imperative to be oriented to modernization and based upon the modernization of people; it is necessary to be rational when specifying the position and functions of Chinese culture.
