摘要
随着中国经济的快速发展和国际地位的不断提高,来华留学生在人数、国别、层次、类别上都有了很大的发展。在这种形势下,高校留学生工作既面临机遇,又面对挑战。稳步发展留学生教育的思路有:稳定生源是留学生工作的基础;保证培养质量是留学生教育的核心;健全管理制度是留学生管理工作的保障;以人为本是留学生管理工作的关键;优化管理人员素质是留学生工作的必然要求。
With the rapid development of China＇s economy and the constant rising of its international standing, a large number of international students of various types and different nationalities have come to China to pursue their study. In this situation, the work concerning the international students is faced with both opportunities and challenges. In order to make steady progress in the education of international students, we should stabilize the source of the overseas students, guarantee the quality of the education and improve the international student management system by introducing people-oriented management and enhancing the quality of the management personnel.
