摘要
尽管研究型大学与新建本科院校是不同类型的高校,但是研究型大学的一些办学理念对于新建本科院校的建设有启发意义。新建本科院校要科学定位,明确自己的办学指导思想,要加强制度建设,逐步建立规范管理的长效机制,要与自身发展的历史结合,努力培植具有自身特色的大学文化,要注重应用型科学研究,充分发挥高校服务社会的作用,实现新建本科院校的内涵发展。
Although research universities and newly-founded undergraduate colleges are quite different, some school-running ideas of the former may give enlightenment to the latter. First, the newly-built undergraduate college should have its scientific orientation, and definitely set its guidelines. Second, it should strengthen its institutional construction, and gradually establish a long-term mechanism with standard management. Third, it should cultivate a distinctive university culture based on its own history of development. Fourth, it should lay stress on the applied scientific research, fully exercise the functions of a university to serve the community, and therefore achieve the connotative development of a newly-established university.
