水热合成均匀立方相PbF_2微球和多孔微球 被引量:1

HYDROTHERMAL SYNTHESIS UNIFORM CUBIC PHASE PbF_2 MICROSPHERES AND POROUS-MICROSPHERES

摘要 以醋酸铅和氟化氨为原料,采用水热法在200℃下反应8h与制备了尺寸均匀的PbF2微球和多孔微球,利用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构与形貌进行了表征.结果表明,所制备的产物是直径分别为3μm和5μm左右的立方相PbF2微球及多孔微球.此外,研究了反应时间、柠檬酸和表面活性剂(CTAB)在反应溶液中的添加量对PbF2微球和多孔微球尺寸及形貌的影响. Large-scale PbF2 microspheres and porous-microspheres with a uniform morphology were prepared by hydrothermal method at 200 ℃ for 8 h, using Pb(C2H3O2)2 and NH4F as the raw materials. The phase structure and morphology of the final products were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The result shows the prepared product of PbF2 with cubic structure and with uniform sphere-like morphology microspheres and porous-microspheres with the diameter about 3 μm and 5 μm respectively. The effects of reaction time, the amounts of citric acid and the amounts of CTAB in the synthesis solution on the size and morphology of the final products were investigated.
